Christmas Carol and Memorial Service

Friday 15th December, 5 - 6pm

• Light a candle in memory of your loved one.
• Leave a personal message on our Christmas tree using one of our tags
• Book of honour
• Write a Christmas card for your loved one and post it in our memorial post-box
• Light refreshments will be provided
• Donations welcome for Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity.
